The Porgera District Women’s Association (PDWA) is driven by a clear sense of purpose and direction that defines who we are and what we stand for.


Our Vision describes the future we are working toward; our Mission outlines the path we take to get there; and our Core Values express the principles that guide our actions every day.


Together, they form the foundation of PDWA’s identity - shaping our programs, partnerships, and the way we serve the women, youths, and families of Porgera District.

OUR OBJECTIVES

The Porgera District Women’s Association (PDWA) is guided by a set of core objectives that reflect its commitment to advancing the social, economic, and personal development of women and families across Porgera District.


These objectives provide a clear framework for PDWA’s programs and activities — from education and health to leadership, livelihoods, and advocacy.


Together, they outline the Association’s purpose of empowering women to become active participants and equal partners in the district’s growth and progress.
