Adult literacy and vocational training for women and out-of-school youths.

Terrace gardening, composting, and commercial vegetable farming.

Livestock husbandry (poultry, goats, pigs, fish).

Distribution of seeds, feed, and farming tools.

Agricultural extension support with PJV technical assistance.

Life Skills Development

Training in financial management, bookkeeping, sewing, baking, and nutrition.

Empowering women with practical skills for self-employment.

Health awareness and hygiene programs.

HIV/AIDS prevention education in partnership with PJV Medical Team and local health centres.

Law and Order Advocacy

Programs addressing domestic violence, gender equality, and rights awareness.
Promotion of peaceful and respectful community relationships.

Microfinance and Enterprise Development

PDWA plans to establish a Microfinance Institution to provide accessible financial services for women and small-income earners.
